Dell Vostro 460 i5 No Network Card visible - just freaking stopped working.

Rainy day in Austin, Texas sure brings funky issues with Dell Systems.

Also, another problem with just about all Vostro systems in the last year when the network card just goes POOF.

Before adding a 3rd party Nic Card be sure to update the bios to the most current bios from Dell's website.

Another happy ending taking about 15 minutes.

A04 current to A06 fixed this issue.

If the nic card still does not work even after the most current drivers from Dell's website and not windows updated drivers. Then you should think about adding a nic card.

Done deal.
